Aidha katika hali ya kushangaza taasisi za dini ambazo zimekuwa zikitoa mchango mkubwa sana katika maendeleo ya nchi eti! nazo zitaanza kutozwa kodi katika baadhi ya huduma 'isipokuwa huduma za kiroho'.Hata hivyo jambo hili limewakera wengi na kushangazwa na kauli hii katika bajeti ya mwaka huu.Wengi hawajalipokea suala hili katika mtazamo chanya na wanasubiri kuona Bunge litachukua hatua gani wakati wa kujadili na kuiptisha bajeti hii wiki ijayo.Ikiwa ni hali nyingine ya kushangaza,waziri Mkulo amesema kwamba msukumo umewekwa zaidi katika kilimo wakati bajeti inaonesha kwamba ni sh.667.0 Bilioni tu zilizoelekezwa katika wizara hiyo.
